Substance Abuse Evaluations
A Substance Use Evaluation provides a professional assessment of alcohol or drug use, related risks, and treatment needs. Evaluations may be completed for the RMV, courts, attorneys, licensing boards, employers, or other agencies and include clear clinical findings and recommendations.
Most commonly I provide substance use assessments for folks who are facing legal charges such and an OUI/DUI; but, I also do evaluations for the other stated purposes.

I have been serving in the mental health world since 2010 and as a licensed clinician since 2014. Over the course of my career, I have served folks struggling with severe mental health issues and acute life stressors including chronic addiction, incarceration, and homelessness. I now conduct substance use evaluations for folks OUI’s, DUI’s, and other legal and non legal related matters.
